The Story
Still rosé from the Marche region, 13% ABV, produced by Marotti Campi. Blend of 50% Montepulciano and 50% Petit Verdot, 2020 vintage. A rosé born from the passion of a family that has lovingly cultivated the land since 1800. Brief maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18°C. Aged for 4 months in stainless steel and 6 months in bottle. Old rose petal color. On the nose, notes of small red fruits and aromatic herbs, thyme, basil, and rosemary. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with notes of medlar and a pleasantly dry finish.
