Fermentation in stainless steel vats, after contact of the skins with the must at cold temperatures and soft pressing. Aged in stainless steel vats and finally in the bottle. Persistent, fruity, and intense. Bright straw yellow. The flavor is savory, balanced, and harmonious, with hints of ripe fruit.
