A wine born from the passion of Gavino Sanna, a famous Sardinian advertising executive, and the desire to promote the Sulcis region. Cantina Mesa was founded in 2004. The name, which means "table" in Spanish, perfectly captures the idea behind its creation: a place of conviviality, simplicity, and love for a wonderful land like Sardinia, and in particular the beautiful Sulcis Iglesiente area. A rich nose with rich complexity and nuances. Compelling in its integration of ripe red and black fruit and Mediterranean scrub, sweet spices, and tertiary notes of tobacco and chocolate. Intense ruby red color. Generous and harmonious, with freshness dictating the length, the fleshy texture defining its breadth while the depth is made perceptible by gritty tannins and an underlying sapidity.
