Classic method brut sparkling wine produced by Monsupello in Lombardy, Italy. 13% ABV, blend of 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. A tribute to the history of Italian sparkling wine, born in 1893 in Cà del Tava, one of the winery's great crus. The white wine vinification begins with the soft pressing of the whole grapes, which separates the must from the pomace. On the nose, it is moderately evolved, fine and elegant, with typical notes of bread crust and blackcurrant. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and very persistent, dry with a pleasant aromatic persistence and good smoothness.
