Monte Rossa Franciacorta Cabochon Fuoriserie 025 Brut Magnum

Cabochon is Monte Rossa's most prestigious Franciacorta. It was born from the research, begun in 1985, of a more careful selection of the crus on the Monte Rossa hill and a new vinification system that introduced barriques for the first fermentation of the must. The results were such that the resulting wine became one of the winery's top labels.
