Classic method sparkling wine without dosage, produced by Moratti (Castello di Cigognola) in Lombardy. 0.75 L bottle, 12% ABV. A Classic Method made from a selection of Pinot Noir grapes, with a limited production and obsessive attention to quality. Aged on the lees for 18 to 24 months, depending on the talent of the base wine from each specific vintage. Fresh notes of red berries, plums, and green apples. Bright straw yellow. In the glass, body and freshness meet to express themselves equally.
