Still red wine made from Primitivo di Manduria DOC, Puglia, 14.5% ABV, 100% Primitivo, produced by Mottura. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Primitivo di Manduria that expresses the power and elegance of the Apulian terroir, with an aging process that enhances its complexity. Traditional maceration for 10-12 days and temperature-controlled fermentation. Aged partly in French oak barriques for 6 months and 2-3 months in bottle. Austere bouquet of red fruit jam, morello cherry, and dried plum, with tertiary hints of vanilla and cloves. Intense red color with purple highlights. Velvety, full-bodied, and harmonious. Ideal with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses.
