A Gattinara born from Nervi Conterno's passion for the Nebbiolo of Alto Piemonte, particularly from the Molsino vineyard, a true natural amphitheater facing south. Founded in 1905 by Luigi Nervi, the winery has always been a benchmark for Nebbiolo production in Valsesia. The bouquet is an explosion of sensual and varied Alpine and Mediterranean aromas. Notes of myrtle and lavender blend with those of cherry, cassis, cypress wood, star anise, juniper berry, and nutmeg. Mineral and salty notes. On the palate, it is juicy, enveloping, and caressing, vibrant, supple, and taut. The texture is consistent, cohesive, and intact. Tannins are rounded and lively. Intense minerality in the very long finish.
