Organic still white wine from Sicily, 13% ABV, produced by Nicosia. 100% Grillo, a grape variety that best expresses the characteristics of the Etna region. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a family that has been producing quality wines since 1898, combining tradition and innovation. Cold maceration for 12 hours before undergoing a soft pressing. Fermentation for approximately 20-25 days at a controlled temperature (15-18 degrees C). Aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, followed by 2-3 months in bottle. Fruity notes and captivating aromas of aromatic herbs, mint, and nettle. Intense straw yellow. Fresh, soft, with great flavor and persistence. Perfect with fish dishes, but also as an aperitif.
