Oddero Nizza 2023, a Piedmontese DOCG still red, 100% Barbera. A wine that embodies the passion and tradition of the Oddero family, rooted in the 18th century. Aromas of red fruit, bitter cocoa, and coffee become more spicy as the months pass, with "wild" notes typical of the sandy, calcareous soil of Vinchio. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months. Intense ruby red color with garnet highlights. The flavor is dry, full-bodied, and full of character. Ideal with meat, game, and cheeses.
