Emme like Meunier, the 'Pinot del Mugnaio', so called because of the down, white as flour, that covers part of its leaf. Another step beyond Nero, in one of the rare Italian Metodo Classico 100% Pinot Meunier, marking a new milestone in Oltrenero's research and challenge. Cuvée EMME comes from a 2-hectare vineyard on the estate, with soil rich in clayey-calcareous marl, typical of the hilly Oltrepadana area. A captivating and intriguing blanc de noirs that, in the complexity of a classic method, offers a sip that is both fresh and creamy, of great pleasantness.
