A wine born in a unique place, the Venice lagoon, where a passion for viticulture blends with tradition and innovation. The company, led by Michel Thoulouze, uses traditional methods and the expertise of Lydia and Claude Bourguignon, agricultural engineers, and Alain Graillot Crozes Ermitage, a winemaker whose wines are famous worldwide. The vines were planted directly into the soil without grafting them onto Virginia creeper roots. Floral aromas evoke the delicate terroir on the nose. Straw yellow in color. Soft and persistent on the palate, a wine that invites you to discover a unique terroir.
