A still red from Veneto, 14% ABV, produced by Paladin, a family-run winery since 1962. A Merlot born from a passion for vines and wine, with meticulous vinification that enhances its characteristics. The grapes are fermented at 25 degrees C to enhance the intensity of the color, while maceration lasts over 18 days. Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks is followed by a second aging in large barrels, which imparts pleasant aromas and noble wood tannins. On the nose, a strong aromatic charge is perceived, balanced by enveloping aromas reminiscent of red fruits, such as cherry and blueberry, accompanied by light spicy notes. On the palate, it is full and balanced with a good structure. The light tannins give a persistent and harmonious finish.
