Pedrotti Trento Brut

Classic method brut sparkling wine, produced by Pedrotti Spumanti in Trentino Alto Adige. 100% Chardonnay, aged for 30-32 months on the lees. A Trento DOC that celebrates the Trentino sparkling wine tradition, founded in 1901. A fine and persistent perlage, an invitation to tasting. Intense on the nose, with floral and fruity aromas of fresh white fruit, enriched with mineral notes. The color is a bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the palate, it is dry, yet slightly enveloping, with a nice acidity that enhances its freshness, and clear mineral notes that enhance its savory character. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs splendidly with appetizers and fish dishes.
