An iconic Champagne, the Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque 2016 is an explosion of elegance and sophistication. The early grape harvest, which took place in the last weeks of August, created a refined wine that achieved an ideal balance between vivacity and freshness. Aged for approximately five years in the Maison's cellars and featuring a moderate dosage (9g/L), Belle Epoque exudes elegance and sophistication. Citrus fruits—white peach, pear, and grapefruit—combine with pineapple and spring flowers, marzipan, and sweet spices to create a unique and delicate bouquet. Pale golden yellow with greenish highlights. The mouthfeel is markedly mineral but still round and silky, with an elegant and long persistence.
