A portion of the wine (approximately 50%) is fermented in wood without malolactic fermentation, preserving all its freshness and allowing it to acquire greater complexity. Aged on lees for eight years, it still offers the essential freshness of a rosé, while already revealing its benefits. Fine, lively bubbles. A spicy nose with hints of Espelette pepper, combined with notes of Kirsch brandy and stone fruit aromas. A rosé with coppery highlights. A full-bodied palate, marked by aromas of peach, strawberries in syrup, and cream. A lovely freshness finish, typical of this vintage.
