Dry still white wine from Piedmont, 13% ABV, produced by Pico Maccario. 100% Sauvignon, 2022 vintage. A Sauvignon Vita that expresses the elegance and freshness of the grape variety in the ideal terroir of Mombaruzzo, in the province of Asti. Soft pressing with brief maceration on the skins. Static sedimentation of the free-run must, racking and fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Aged in concrete vats for 7 months on its lees, followed by a further 2 months in bottle. Intense, persistent varietal aroma of remarkable finesse, with variegated notes of flowers and exotic fruits. Straw yellow with light golden reflections. Seductive, balanced with a hint of acidity that lends freshness and personality.
