The Story
A liqueur from the heart of Campania, Limoncello di Sorrento, 32% ABV, produced by Piemme. A liqueur born from the Sorrento tradition, with hand-picked lemons carefully crafted to preserve their aroma and flavor. The Sorrento lemons are harvested strictly by hand to prevent damage, and this is followed by a series of processes aimed at producing Limoncello, which Piemme carries out in-house. The infusion in pure alcohol and beet sugar (without any additives, syrups, or sweeteners), the extraction of the peels from the containers (where the precious infusion remains), and the bottling are all completed in approximately 4-7 days in Piemme's in-house laboratory. A bright yellow liqueur, perfect enjoyed chilled, neat, or as an ingredient in refreshing cocktails.
