A Brut Method Classico, 12% ABV, made from a blend of 55% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir. 0.75 L bottle. Maison Pierre Mignon, founded in 1892, embodies the excellence of a family tradition. The nose is delicate, highlighted by fine notes of anise and a noble, chalky earthiness, notes of white fruit, and a subtle hint of brioche yeast. The perlage is refined and sparkling, and the palate is particularly velvety with a perfectly integrated sparkle; overall, it has a strong fruity finish.
