An Etna Rosso that expresses the power of the volcano, with hints of raspberry, flint, cut red roses, and rust. Maceration on the skins for 18 days, aged for 3 months in French oak tonneaux. Bright and transparent ruby color. Full-bodied, mature on the palate, with dense tannins and a fruity finish of good length. Awarded 95/100 by Robert Parker and 94/100 by Decanter and Vinous.
