The hand-picked grapes are vinified with soft pressing and fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine ages on the lees for at least 30 months. Persistent and very fine perlage. On the nose, it has hints of citrus fruit and light candied notes. The color is bright straw yellow. On the palate, it is elegant, balanced, fresh, and savory, with a delightful creamy finish.
