Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel fermenters for approximately 8-10 days, followed by aging for 8 months, also in stainless steel tanks. The nose plays with fruity notes, with hints of red berries, wild berries, and cherries. Ruby red in color with purple highlights. On the palate, it has a harmonious balance of acidity, tannins, and alcohol, with a lingering finish.
