The grapes are hand-picked, destemmed, pressed, and fermented in concrete tanks for 20 days. Aged in second- and third-use barriques and tonneaux for 12 months. The nose expresses predominantly red fruit notes. The color is intense and lively. On the palate, it has beautiful harmony and persistence, yet is fresh and lively. Excellent with cured meats, cheeses, and red meats.
