Vineyards in the Baccinello area, with soils rich in alluvial pebbles and predominantly calcareous clay. Traditional fermentation with extended contact with the skins for approximately two weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged in 500-liter French oak tonneaux for approximately 14 months and one year in bottle before release. An intense and clean wine that is the result of the profound interaction between grape and soil. Notes of licorice, black pepper, and a surprising softness with a delicate hint of wood.
