A wine born from the passion and innovation of Pojer and Sandri, pioneers in the production of natural wines. Due to the microclimatic characteristics of Palai, where the Müller Thurgau vineyards are concentrated, Faedo is considered one of the most representative vineyards for this wine in Italy. The grapes are processed using hyper-reduction (without oxygen). Intense, aromatic, and full-bodied aromas with hints of lemongrass and peach. Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Lightly acidic and slightly aromatic.
