Aromatic still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13% ABV, produced by Pojer and Sandri. 100% Traminer Aromatico, a wine that best expresses the characteristics of the grape variety. Vintage 2024. The bouquet is floral, with notes of rose, and fruity, with hints of apple, banana, peach, and apricot. The Faedo soil varies in depth from 30 to 100 cm and is silty-calcareous. Valbona, on the other hand, was shaped in ancient times by the retreat of glaciers and later by the action of the Scorzai stream. Digging into the porphyritic rock (volcanic origin) created dark brown sandy soils rich in skeletal elements (rounded pebbles). Yellow, with bright gold hues. Pleasant notes of cinnamon and cloves can be detected in the background. The palate is pleasantly rich and smooth, with fragrance and savory characterizing it, making it very balanced.
