On the palate, it is savory, fresh, and smooth, a wine that expresses the elegance and complexity of the terroir. The winery, characterized by its small size, just 4 hectares, is divided into two plots: Ronchetto and Albare. Vinification: off-the-skins at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
