A Blanc de Blancs born in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the Grand Cru of Ambonnay, from Chardonnay grapes grown with passion by a family that has been producing Champagne for five generations. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, no filtration. Aged in Burgundy oak barrels for 10-12 months on the fine lees. A minimum of 40 months on the lees in bottle. Complex on the nose with notes of fresh fruit that anticipate an elegant and refined palate.
