A non-alcoholic alternative born from the passion of a historic winery, dedicated to producing high-quality sparkling wines using traditional bottle fermentation. Unlike common practices in the beverage industry, we never heat the juices to preserve them, so they remain natural and retain their precious aroma. To achieve this sterile cold pressing and filling, we use only 100% healthy grapes. Notes of rhubarb and reminiscent of fresh red raspberries. Fine perlage. On the palate, a restrained sweetness is balanced by a fresh acidity and a crisp carbon dioxide.
