Extra Brut Classic Method Champagne, produced by Régis Poissinet, 12% ABV, 100% Chardonnay, 2017 vintage. A Champagne excellence, where passion for viticulture merges with the art of winemaking. The grape varieties are rooted in the limestone terroir of the Côte des Blancs. The wines are aged 100% in oak barrels. The bottles are unfiltered, hand-swirled to mix the lees, and very lightly dosed (3.5 g/l). The nose is very expressive: notes of citrus, spices, and toasted coffee, slightly woody. The fine dosage expresses all the minerality and salinity of its terroir. An ideal glass to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, and to celebrate special occasions.
