A Sauvignon that tells the story of a family and a region, with meticulous vinification that enhances its complexity. Manual harvest with careful selection, in the second ten days of September. Maceration of the skins for 18 hours. Aged on the lees and further aged for over two years in the bottle. Fresh and enveloping, with notes of exotic fruit, kiwi, passion fruit, yellow peach, citrus zest, and aromatic herbs. Soft, fresh, with remarkable depth and a very long aftertaste.
