A fresh and velvety Prosecco, ideal as an aperitif or to celebrate special occasions. Cold maceration of the grapes, primary fermentation at 16°C. Aged in autoclave for 1 month. On the nose, hints of Golden Delicious apple, pear, and acacia flowers.
