A wine born from the passion of a farming family who transformed their farm from livestock farming to winemaking in 1988. Vinification with rapid drying in a fruit cellar. Maceration: no. Pressing: whole grapes. Fermentation: at a controlled temperature of 19°C with selected yeasts. Aged in stainless steel on the fine lees until bottling. Excellent acidity and aromas that evolve over time towards the typical hydrocarbon notes.
