A Pinot Grigio that expresses the freshness and aromaticity of the grape variety, with an elegance and persistence that make it a highly enjoyable wine. As early as 1068, the Augustinian monks, followed by the Benedictines and Dominicans, understood the generous essence of the hills surrounding the Abbey and introduced the cultivation of vines and olives. Fruity and floral aromas on the nose. Straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is fresh, balanced, and persistent.
