Still red green Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Rubinelli Vajol. Blend: 50% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella, 5% Molinara, 5% Oseleta, 2021 vintage. A Valpolicella Classico Superiore born in the heart of the historic Valpolicella region, in the Conca del Vajol basin. Vinification with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, followed by aging in large oak barrels. Ample and intense floral aromas. Very intense olfactory notes of black cherry and red fruits emerge with hints of spice. A wine of character, good body, structure, and alcohol content; decisive, tannic, clean, and elegant. It is characterized by hints of ripe cherry, plum, and blackberry.
