A Sauvignon Blanc that best expresses the Marlborough terroir, with an intense and vibrant aromatic profile. Cool days and warm nights, typical of the Marlborough region. Soil composition: deep, well-drained silty-alluvial soils (compared to the stony upper Rapaura). On the nose, aromas of lime and thyme, accompanied by herbaceous notes. Straw yellow color with green highlights. On the palate, aromas of grapefruit and fresh herbs. The wine is juicy, full-bodied, and has a long, persistent finish.
