Organic Champagne made using the classic method without dosage, produced by Salima and Alain Cordeuil. Blend: 65% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A Champagne excellence, produced with passion and respect for nature. The 4-hectare estate is located in the Côte des Bar, in Noé les Mallets, a village home to the highest slopes in Champagne. On the nose, notes of blackcurrant, plum, violet, pear, and quince are complemented by notes of hazelnut, almond, and sweet spices. Fine and persistent perlage. Straw yellow with silver reflections. Rich, soft, and fresh on the palate. Mineral, structured, and long-lasting.
