Salento IGT still red wine, 13.5% ABV, 100% Negroamaro, produced by San Marzano. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Negroamaro that expresses the passion and tradition of the San Marzano winery, founded in 1962. Temperature-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts for approximately 10 days, aged in stainless steel. Intense and persistent aroma, with hints of blackcurrant and berries, spicy, with notes of thyme. Purple red with black-violet reflections. A full-bodied wine, velvety and harmonious, with a long and savory finish. Excellent with robust first courses, meats in general, and aged cheeses.
