Fresh and multifaceted bouquet: wildflowers, small red fruits, blood orange, and an undertone of Mediterranean scrub with subtle notes of green tea and acacia honey. Pale pink with a lovely vivacity. On the palate, it is refined and elegant, with an excellent balance between light warmth and acidic/savory notes.
