Still white wine from Puglia, 12.5% ABV, produced by San Marzano. 100% Chardonnay, 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and freshness of Apulian Chardonnay, with meticulous vinification that enhances its varietal characteristics. The destemmed grapes are kept in contact with the skins for a few hours at a low temperature before pressing, extracting the maximum aromatic potential from the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 15°C for 13-5 days, preserving the grapes' bouquet and natural aromatic profile. Aged in French oak barrels for 4 months with periodic bâtonnage. On the nose, aromas of white flowers and tropical fruit with hints of vanilla. Straw yellow in color. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, and mineral, perfect for pairing with fish and white meats.
