Temperature-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts for approximately 10 days, aged in French oak barrels for 4 to 6 months. Complex aromas of ripe red fruits and spices. Intense ruby red. A very robust wine, with a pleasantly soft attack and a long finish.
