A wine born from the passion of Cristina Scarpellini, who transformed a hobby into a successful business. Aged in oak barrels for at least 24 months, followed by 8 months in bottle. A very fine and complex bouquet, warm and spicy, rich with notes of berries, fruit preserved in alcohol, cinnamon, and pepper. Classic aromas of violet and dried rose. Great smoothness and persistence. A wine that tells the story of a territory and heroic viticulture.
