Quick pressing; cold static decantation; fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of approximately 18°C. Aged briefly in stainless steel. Bright cherry color. A waltz that continues on the palate, with a crisp, fresh, beautiful, and delicious sensation of pulp.
