Aged in wood and cement. Fruity notes of blackberry and undergrowth complement sensations of myrtle and light spice on the nose. Fresh and dynamic on the palate, punctuated by compelling tannins and an extraordinary acidity that accompanies and sustains the long, meaty, and savory finish.
