Champagne Rosé de Saignée Extra Brut, traditional method, produced by Selosse Pajon. A unique sensory experience, this rosé is born from the passion and mastery of Jérôme Selosse, great-grandson of Jacques Selosse. Upon pouring, aromas of red fruit such as blackcurrant, crushed strawberry, and raspberry fully express themselves. Then, more cooked aromas take over, giving an impression of vinosity and character: apricot jam, Russian leather, and plum tart. The color is brilliant, a deep pink with coppery highlights. On the palate, the caressing bubbles bring a certain freshness, before quickly giving way to the suppleness and structure of the Champagne.
