The Story

Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Charmat Method White Sparkling Wine, 12% ABV, produced by Serafini and Vidotto. 100% Glera. 0.75 L bottle. A Prosecco Superiore born from the passion and dedication of Serafini and Vidotto, who have been lovingly cultivating the Veneto hills since 1986. The perlage is minute and subtle, joyful, and persistent. The initial aroma is immediately straightforward, with a pleasant intensity, featuring fruity and floral notes. Initially, a clear perception of golden apple pulp and green apple peel; then the opening reveals fresh notes of Abate pear and crisp peach, acacia flowers in full spring bloom; and finally, a composed and elegant flavor of wet pebbles. Bright straw yellow with bright greenish reflections. The attack on the palate is spontaneously fresh and fruity; very frank. The wine then opens up to a balanced complexity of pleasant taste and aroma sensations that continue with a caressing softness; the finish is succulent and persistently fruity: highly and pleasantly drinkable.
