A captivating terroir that is reflected in this sparkling wine. A very fine and persistent perlage. Very distinctive and elegant, with clear fruity notes of apple and white-fleshed fruit. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Creamy on the palate, with a pleasantly acidic and fruity aftertaste that echoes the aromas perceived on the nose. A delicate mineral note on the finish and good persistence.
