A Cap Classique celebrating the history of the Simonsig winery, a pioneer in Classic Method production in South Africa. The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed. The bottles are then aged in the cool, dark cellars for at least 15 months, adding layers of yeast complexity to the delicious red berry flavors. The captivating aromas of raspberries and cranberries are enhanced by subtle floral notes. A delightful light salmon color. On the palate, strawberry sorbet and red berries are followed by a note of biscuity complexity.
