A wine that tells the story of a family that has been passionately cultivating vines since 1769. Maceration on the skins for 2 days, manual pressing with a wooden press, and spontaneous fermentation. Aged for 2 years in third-use oak barrels on the fine lees. Aromas of white flowers and jasmine, followed by exotic and Mediterranean notes. Straw yellow in the glass, savory, soft, and medium-lingering.
