A fresh, lively, and complex champagne, without added sugar, that reveals everything the grapes and the soil have to offer. Notes of fruit, citrus, honey, and light toasted notes. Fine perlage. On the nose, aromas of wax, honey, lemon, and mandarin. On the palate, it is lively, long, and open with a citrus freshness. Ideal as an aperitif, with sushi, and oysters.
